Kingsburgh Lions Club donates to Seed of Hope

Seed of Community Development was the beneficiary of this month’s food collection drive.

THE Kingsburgh Lions Club handed a large food donation over to Seed of Hope Community Development, which was its beneficiary for this month’s food-collection drive at Seadoone Mall.

The two trolleys filled with groceries were handed to representatives of Seed of Hope at the club’s recent business meeting.

The club’s president, Tony Marron, thanked everyone for their kind support and donations.

“We are grateful for the public’s continued support during these hard times. Each month, we collect on behalf of a different community charity, and I am always pleasantly surprised by everyone’s generosity. Thank you.”
