AN ARMED robbery occurred at a clothing and cellphone shop in the DSM Mall in Winklespruit this afternoon, May 1.
According to the Community Crime Prevention Organisation Amanzimtoti (CCPO), about five armed perpetrators entered Pep and held up staff and customers.

“An unconfirmed quantity of new cellphones, cash and vouchers was taken. A female customer was also robbed of her ring,” read a statement from the CCPO.
