Crow’s Wildlife Warrior’s Holiday Club aims to educate

Keep your kids entertained these holidays with Crow's Wildlife Warrior's Holiday Club.

THE Centre for Rehabilitation of Wildlife (Crow) will be hosting its Wildlife Warrior’s Holiday Club from April 3 to April 7, to keep children entertained and educated during the holiday.

The holiday club is from 08:00 to 13:30 daily and is open to those aged eight to 15 at a cost of R150 per day. Children must bring their own lunch.

They have a full programme of fun activities designed to reinforce the key principles of environmental conservation, including:

  • Interactive, age-appropriate education lessons
  • Festival craft projects and eco-friendly art projects
  • Local wildlife puzzles and quizzes
  • Helping to prepare daily enrichment activities for Crow’s animals
  • Field trips to Kenneth Stainbank Nature Reserve

Crow’s environmental education centre is located at 15A Coedmore Avenue in Yellowwood Park.
