Orient Hills learners and their school scoop awards
The KZN Department of Education's awards encourage and inspire learners to excel in their schooling.
THREE Orient Hills Primary School learners have done their school proud after winning trophies at the recently held KZN Department of Education’s Umlazi District TLS-GET Excellence Awards. The awards aim to encourage and inspire learners to excel in the different subjects they do at school.

Raayan Govender (Grade Seven) received an award for best performance in technology. Nomzamo Khumalo (Grade Seven) was awarded for achieving first place in life orientation, while Zanenhlanhla Ndwandwe (Grade Four) placed second for mental mathematics. The school itself received a trophy of excellence for placing second in the district.
