Man falls to his death from flat in Doonside
Onlookers watched in horror as an elderly man plummeted to the parking lot.
A man believed to be between 70 and 80 years old fell to his death from the sixth floor of Elgro Flats in Amanzimtoti, located outside Durban at about noon today.
According to residents and passers-by, they heard screaming and upon investigation, discovered the man’s body, which was then covered while the arrival of emergency services was awaited.

Nearby residents believe the man’s wife was home at the time.
An investigation into the cause of the fall will be done.
