Children at Seed of Hope enjoy a movie day

For many of the children in the after-school programme, it was their first time at a movie theatre.

THE children in the Seed of Hope Simunye After-School Programme were recently sponsored a movie day by Galleria Mall.

Delight and giggles filled Galleria’s passages as children from the Bhekulwandle community, who are part of the Seed of Hope Simunye After-School Programme, visited Nu Metro to watch the much-anticipated Superpets.

“For many of the children, it was their first time going to a movie theatre. With popcorn and cool drinks in hand, a gasp filled the air as the lights went down and the movie began. A huge thank you to the Galleria team for arranging this special trip for the Simunye children, and thank you to Nu Metro for the five-star treatment that was afforded to these young learners,” said Seed of Hope child and youth manager, Nozipho Dhlamini.
