KZN driver’s and vehicle licensing offices extend working hours

This arrangement has been made to make essential services, like licence renewals, tests and vehicle registrations, more accessible.

AS September unfolds, several driver’s licence testing centres (DLTCs) and motor licensing offices across the region are extending their hours over the weekends to accommodate the public’s needs.

Below is a comprehensive guide to the weekend schedules and services offered at these facilities throughout the month.

Driver’s Licence Testing Centres (DLTCs)

Winklespruit DLTC

Ray Nkonyeni (Port Shepstone) DLTC

Verulam DLTC

Motor Vehicle Licensing Offices

Umhlanga Licencing Office

Members of the public are advised that driver’s licence testing centres offer services related to driver’s licences, such as bookings for learner and driver tests, testing, renewal of driver’s licences, applications for and renewals of PrDPs, and collection of driver’s licence cards. They do not offer motor vehicle licensing services unless otherwise stated.
