At 13:38 on Thursday, October 8, Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision on the M4 in Mobeni involving two trucks.

Two men, who had sustained moderate injuries, were entrapped and had to be extricated using jaws of life. Both patients were treated on scene before being transported by ambulance to hospital for further care.
