The police are still yet to make an arrest in the case of attempted murder against the man who severely beat Warren Sharp leaving him hospitalised.

The incident happened on Saturday, September 4, on Beach Road in Amanzimtoti when he tried to come to the aid of a woman who was being assaulted by a man known to her. The man in turn assaulted Warren. The road to full recovery is still long for Warren as he suffered a fractured skull and a damaged eye. He also requires treatment to fix his teeth. Several campaigns have been launched to raise funds after his medical aid would not cover the costs.
