The event was hosted by Wanderers Haven.  Delicious treats and heaps of fun were had on the special day. Various organisation including, Amanzimtoti Turning Point (Trauma Unit) and Amanzimtoti SAPS were present.

“The event was held to raise awareness through the combined efforts of the various organisations. We thank the community members who joined and make a difference. It is an honour to make an impact in the lives of others. Freedom means a lot of different things to people in the community and we want to celebrate that,” said co-founder of the organisation, Sharon Swanepoel.  “While the walk could not be held, we certainly had a lot of fun at the bring and braai.”
