A woman was attacked and sustained cuts during an attempted robbery in Doonside, this afternoon. The victim required medical attention. A video of the incident was captured on CCTV footage.
“Despite being chased by CCPO, Blue Security – Durban, ET Rapid Response and National Security, the suspect managed to escape across the N2 into thick bushes,” said a source from CCPO.
The public is urged to be on the lookout.
