The disruption from this bottleneck is totally uncalled for.

EDITOR – Again today, a Friday, in the height of our tourist season, eThekwini’s road upgrade staff closed one lane of Kingsway Road to tar the sidewalk.
The disruption from this bottleneck is totally uncalled for.
Surely with proper planning and a little bit of consideration for road users, poor decisions like this could be avoided.
Wake up people.
