Pastor pens words of encouragement

The official launch of the book took place on Sunday, 4 October and the book has been endorsed by leaders from around the world.

With the aim of creating harmony in various environments, Pastor Rajan Govender, 51 dedicated his life to penning words of encouragement for future leaders.

The book, Sons of Peace, is his first publication and is a accumulation of his life’s work. Rajan, who has always had a deep rooted passion for writing and humanity, decided to merge both aspects. He was inspired by the experiences that life has thrown his way and decided to share his knowledge.

“This book serves as a template for social cohesion. The world needs leaders with the right spirit and attitude. The soul purpose of this book is to empower every person. Each person is a leader and it focuses on leadership through godly governance. I believe that generations should benefit from leadership and it should not only be for status.”

“The book focuses on aspects such as the need for cohesion in the midst of adversity and harmony in existence. I am very happy that I was able to host a proper launch. The experience has been humbling.”

Rajan is currently working on two other books, one related to suitable angling and the other on daily devotion. Both books will be released soon.
