Isipingo man stabbed to death

According to paramedics there was a blood trail from where the assaulted occurred.

An Isipingo man was fatally stabbed during an attempted robbery in Isipingo on Friday, 25 September.

PT Alarms’ ambulance service responded to the scene.

“We arrived on scene and found the victim had succumbed to his injuries. He was stabbed in the neck and upper back. Paramedics declared the victim deceased. It is alleged he was returning from work and was accosted and robbed of his belongings. The suspects fled,” said spokesperson, Dhevan Govindasamy.

According to paramedics there was a blood trail from where the assaulted occurred.

“It appeared as if the victim attempted to seek help before he died. Isipingo SAPS is investigating further. We extend our sincere condolences to the family of the victim.”
