Organisation hosts successful winter drive

Grocery hampers, children’s clothing, blankets and sweet treats were also distributed during the initiative.

The PT Alarms coat and blanket drive 2020 has received massive support from various communities in Durban and has made it possible for families and organisations to benefit from the initiative.

The hand over was done in several underprivileged areas in and around the community. The team made a stop at the Wentworth Victim Friendly Centre and Malagasi where they dropped off blankets and clothing to be distributed according to the discretion of the team.

Grocery hampers, children’s clothing, blankets and sweet treats were also distributed during the initiative.

Spokesperson for the organisation, Dhevan Govindasamy said, “There was certainly a buzz in the air as the residents thanked the PT team while the children waited impatiently to tuck into the goodies. It was a fulfilling day thanks to the generosity of the community and the PT Group management.”
