Areas in Amanzimtoti have experienced water cuts since the early hours of the morning, Friday, 24 July.
According to ward 97 councillor, Andre Beetge, a burst pipe at the corner of School Road and Kingway Road is responsible for the interruptions to the water supply.
He also urged residents to report the matter to eThekwini Municipality.
