Edu Paw provides love and compassion

Founder of the organisation, Cathy Keegan, said, “The children still need help with their dogs, so on a monthly basis we have been supplying dogs food and last month we supplied blankets for the dogs."

Despite being unable to interact with learners and their fur-babies during the lockdown, Edu Paw, together with the Amanzimtoti SPCA, continue to assist those in need. The organisation usually hosts a weekly canine care programme for 12 children and their dogs.

Founder of the organisation, Cathy Keegan, said, “The children still need help with their dogs, so on a monthly basis we have been supplying dogs food and last month we supplied blankets for the dogs. The dogs need to be vaccinated, sterilised and seen to when sick, so our work at Amanzimtoti SPCA continues, even during lockdown. During this difficult period we are grateful for the wonderful help given to us in the way of dog food donations, blankets, masks for the kids and donations toward sterilisation and vaccinations.”
