Amanzimtoti company assists in fight

Enabling communities with the right tools and education will empower them to stay safe.

An Umbogintwini company has shown its commitment to fighting the pandemic with the donation of a mobile hand washing station to Ezimbokdweni Clinic on Wednesday, 10 June.

AECI partnered with Triple 8 to also donated hand sanitisers for visitors to the clinic to use and phamphlets on Covid-19.

The clinic, based in KwaMakhutha sees between 100 and 200 patients a day.

“Enabling communities with the right tools and education will empower them to stay safe at this particularly challenging time. Responsible engagement with our stakeholders, including communities and regulators, is a cornerstone of AECI’s values. We are indeed stronger together when we work together for a common purpose,” said AECI chief executive, Mark Dytor.
