CCPO guard busts Amanzimtoti thief

A laptop and two cellphones were found.

A housebreaker was nabbed by the CCPO and stolen items recovered in Amanzimtoti on Tuesday afternoon, 9 June.

A foot patrol guard spotted a suspicious looking person putting a laptop into a plastic bag. He called for assistance and followed him from Hillside Road in Doonside into School Road and towards Wytham Harvey Road, where he managed to apprehend the thief with assistance from CCPO members.

A laptop and two cellphones were found, that were stolen from a residence in Hillside Road. Toti SAPS detained the suspect.
