Career Amanzimtoti housebreaker released from prison

This is a housebreaker whose modus operandi is coming through the roof and disabling your alarm.

The CCPO was furious to find out that a housebreaker it battled for months to catch, was released from Westville prison last week. “When we eventually arrested him, he was positively linked to four cases in our area. After only sitting for about a year, the government released him to come and terrorise us again,” said Snodey.

This is a housebreaker whose modus operandi is coming through the roof and disabling your alarm. “He targets businesses as well as homes and you need to ensure your control box is in a place where he can’t reach it from the ceiling. If he can reach it, he cuts the wire and your alarm will not send a signal to the security company.

Once that happens, he and his accomplices drop into your shop or house and they have all the time in the world to help themselves.” Snodey warned that if you see him hanging around your place, there is a good possibility he is doing a recce.
