Fortunately the woman had opened a case, enabling us to hold him until Toti SAPS arrived.

A robber was nabbed after he robbed a woman in the Toti CBD on Tuesday, 19 May. “After interviewing her and getting the details of the suspect, we proceeded to Rosslyn Road, where he normally hangs out,” said CCPO committee member, George Snodey.

Committee member Rob Mill and his son Cameron assisted Snodey in the search and they located him near Kia.
“Fortunately the woman had opened a case, enabling us to hold him until Toti SAPS arrived to arrest him. He was cuffed and taken into custody in under 24 hours of committing the crime.”

Earlier that morning a report was received of two suspects who had stolen a geyser in Ocean View Road, Athlone Park. CCPO, Metro Police K9 unit, ET Rapid Response and Blue Security responded. One suspect was caught by the K9 unit and the geyser recovered.
