Seven men executed in Amanzimtoti

We appeal to anyone who may have information to contact Crime Stop.

Seven men were shot, execution-style, in a house in Emsahweni, inland from Amanzimtoti on Wednesday night, 20 May.

It is alleged that at about 6pm, the community heard gunshots emanating from a homestead in the area. When they went out to investigate, they found the bodies of seven men, aged between 21 and 36-years-old, with gunshot wounds to the head in one of the rooms.

Police and other role players were summoned to the scene. KwaMakhutha SAPS are investigating charges of murder. “We appeal to anyone who may have information who can assist investigators to contact Crime Stop on 086-001-0111,” said Brigadier Jay Naicker of the SAPS KZN media centre.
