My neighbours live above the law and disregard it, but when all the honorable staff in the area have to go home and stay there, these Felekisi questionables roam at will. Today one came to the garden, particularly on my boundary as usual and when I complained they ignored me. I phoned Metro, but they had no vehicles and the SAPS numbers appear to have changed or are not answered. So we have no hospital, Metro or SAPS operating in Toti, it would appear.
