Support local during level four lockdown

Residents are encouraged to support local businesses during level four lockdown. Sapphire Coast Tourism, one of the nine community tourism organisations within the eThekwini Municipality, would like to encourage residents to support local businesses during these difficult times.

The organisation’s Romy Wenzel said, “It is without doubt, that the tourism sector is and is going to be one of the most affected industries, before, during and after lockdown. The tourism industry has realised the urge to promote local establishments as tourism cannot exist without each and every establishment offering its services to residents, holidaymakers, business travellers as well as international visitors while exploring our treasured coastline with time to come. With lockdown level four being implemented as from 1 May, please consider to make use of the many food delivery services that are available within the Sapphire Coast region.”
