Consider donating to Khanya Hospice

The organisation does not get any government subsidy and the donated items are put up for sale in one of its three charity shops.

If you used the lockdown to cleanup your home or office then consider donating items that you no longer require to Khanya Hospice.

The organisation does not receive any government subsidy and the donated items are put up for sale in one of its three charity shops.

CEO of the organisation, Neil McDonald said, “Please keep all donations for us until after the lockdown. Our three shops are waiting desperately for your kind donation of clothes, brick-a-brac, cutlery, crockery, linen, furniture, garden tools, garden furniture and equipment, sport and gym equipment, and what-have-you-to-give-away. Khanya Hospice does not get any government subsidy and we put the donated items up for sale in one of our three hospice Shops. The money generated by the shops, helps sustain the free Palliative Nursing Care that hospice offers and the free support to the family of the patients. Hospice nurses are called angels and they are very good in managing pain and symptom control. Please think of hospice, just donate to hospice.”
