Hospital maintains community’s safety

Dr Anchen Laubscher, group medical director of Netcare said, "All Netcare hospitals have implemented the necessary measures to enable them to accept and treat persons with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 whose condition is such that they need hospitalisation."

Netcare Kingsway Hospital assures the public that if any Covid-19 patients are admitted, the community will be kept safe.

Dr Anchen Laubscher, group medical director of Netcare said, “All Netcare hospitals have implemented the necessary measures to enable them to accept and treat persons with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 whose condition is such that they need hospitalisation.”

He said the group does not disclose information on whether or not persons with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 are possibly being treated at their hospitals.

“Should Covid-19 patients be admitted to any Netcare hospital, the community could be assured that the hospitals are maintaining safety precautions to protect those in their care and those working in the facilities,” Laubscher added.
