Police officers deliver baby at Folweni SAPS

"I'm happy to say that today me and my colleagues were able to help her deliver her bouncing baby boy," - Thulie Ndlovu.

Social media has been abuzz after police officers from Folweni SAPS assisted a young woman give birth at the station on Wednesday, 19 February.

A post on Facebook from Thulie Ndlovu read, “Arrived at work at Folweni Saps, bumped into a young lady who was terribly in labour apparently the ambulance was called round about 4:00 but never came on time and the mother couldn’t wait any longer in this rainy day.  She started to push I’m happy to say that today me and my colleagues were able to help her deliver her bouncing baby boy.” (sic)
