Get fit in Amanzimtoti this new year

Our focus is on promoting healthy lifestyles among the vulnerable youth, orphans, people living with disabilities and elderly

A non-profit organisation invites the community to join them to get fit this year. The Community Orientation Programme (COMOP) operates in the rural areas and semi-urban areas around Amanzimtoti, such as Wade Road, Amanzimtoti, Ezimangweni, Eplangweni, KwaMakhutha, KwaFelekisi and other surrounding areas.

“Our focus is on promoting healthy lifestyles among the vulnerable youth, orphans, people living with disabilities and elderly. We invite all these groups to come and form part of our fitness activities for free. This includes fun runs, aerobics, jogging, recreational netball and soccer as well as women’s soccer, which kicks off with our first event in February.

Watch the press for more details,” said organiser, Lungisa Dludla. For more information, call her on 071-504-1953.
