More car thieves nabbed in Amanzimtoti

Car stealing implements were found in the vehicle.

In a joint operation between Toti SAPS crime prevention unit members, the CCPO, ET Rapid Response and Blue Security, four more car thieves were arrested in the early hours of of Wednesday morning, 30 October.

ET managing member, Tony Lokker, said a suspicious looking vehicle was spotted in Seadoone Road and sped towards Toti. It was eventually pulled over by SAPS and car stealing implements were found in the vehicle, and after further investigation, it was found that the car had been hijacked in Warner Beach in September.

All four occupants were arrested and the vehicle impounded.
