Tait’s birds take the win
With one race to go next week from Pietersburg, Basil and Doug Fry are racing neck and neck for top honours.
Toti Racing Pigeon Club participated in the federation race from Mussina on Saturday, 14 September.
The birds were liberated in good weather at 6.30am and the first bird arrived home at 7.54am on Sunday, 15 September. Basil Tait’s loft of birds is in excellent form, with them taking first, second and third club and first federation places.
