Three people were injured when a bakkie and a car collided on Kingsway (Andrew Zondo Road), Amanzimtoti a short while ago.

This is the second accident to occur in the same spot within days. Netcare 911 Paramedics were on scene and treated the patients for minor to moderate injuries.
Spokesperson for Netcare 911, Shawn Herbst said, “The driver of the car had joined Kingsway and the bakkie collided with the car before losing control and colliding into a wall.”

The injured were transported to a local hospital.
The relevant authorities were on scene and will investigate further.
