BotSoc hosts indigenous plant fair in celebration of Arbor Week

A wide variety of plants from local nurseries and food, snacks and drinks will be on sale.

Celebrate Arbor Week at the BotSoc coastal branch indigenous plant fair which takes place at Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve, Umgeni River mouth in Durban North on Saturday and Sunday, 7 and 8 September from 9am to 4pm.

Entrance fee for adults is R10 and children R5. Enjoy guided nature walks through the mangroves at 10am, noon and 2pm. There will also be wildlife exhibitors and NGO info tables.

A wide variety of plants from local nurseries and food, snacks and drinks will be on sale.
