Clean Surf Project team spreads recycling awareness

The team thanks Tracy Leigh Kerr of Nipper Pre-Primary School for the donation received.

The Clean Surf Project (CSP) team headed upstream on Wednesday, 29 May to conduct school presentations in Eston.

“A cold winter morning was compensated by a warm welcome from the Nipper Pre-School and Eston Primary School learners as well as teachers. It was amazing to meet all these little people being ever so smart, well behaved and well-educated in terms of recycling and cleaning up our environment,” said CSP’s Romy Wenzel.

Candice Harding once again mesmerised the students with a beautiful, educational presentation about marine plastic pollution and the team thanked Tracy Leigh Kerr of Nipper Pre-Primary School for the donation received, which will allow them to reach out to schools inland as well.
