RECIPE: Add this flavoursome fried rice to your menu

Rice doesn’t have to be boring or prepared the old fashioned way.  Try this amazing fried rice, easy to make and affordable.

Cook time: 10 min

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serve: 5 people

 

 

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oil in a skillet.
  2. Fry white onion, peas, grated carrots together.
  3. Add the rice and soy sauce into the mixture and stir well until nicely blended.
  4. Add all the fried veggies and pour in beaten eggs. Stir together till eggs are cooked.
  5. Add raw green chopped onions and stir.
