Residents needed for ward clinic committee

The committee members will observe, monitor, liaise with and make recommendations to assist with the smooth running of the clinics.

Ward 97 councillor, Andre Beetge calls on interested people to serve on a ward clinic committee. “We are looking for five people to serve on the Kingsburgh committee, that includes residents who reside in Illovo Beach, Panarama Park, Winklespruit and Warner Beach, and five to serve on the Amanzimtoti committee, residing in Doonside, Amanzimtoti or Ezimangweni.”

The committee members will observe, monitor, liaise with and make recommendations to assist with the smooth running of the clinics. There is no stipend involved, it is purely voluntarily and part-time. It is not a necessity, but ideally candidates should have a history in the medical profession. Drop CVs off at the councillor’s office at 423 Kingsway, Amanzimtoti between 8am and 9am, Monday to Friday. For more information, call Beetge on 082-718-8137.
