RECIPE: Home-made chicken meatballs

IngredientsÂ
- 2 t lemon juice
- 800 g chicken breasts
- 2 t garlic
- 100 g bread crumbs
- handful chopped thyme
- 2 t olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in a food processor and chop till it resembles mince.
- Place the chicken mince in a bowl together with the mixture.
- Blend together till well mixed.
- Make balls of any size, fry on medium heat until brown and well cooked.
- For a healthier option, these can be baked in the oven.
