Quilt raffle to raise funds for frail-care upgrade

The Cottage Patch Quilters donated a gorgeous quilt to Mooi Hawens which can be won by one lucky person.

Following the success of the ‘Symphony of Hope’ fundraiser concert by the KZN Philarmonic Orchestra, organiser Priscilla Robinson-Nicol is raffling off a quilt to raise more funds for the upgrade of the frail-care section (D section) at Mooi Hawens.

“The Cottage Patch Quilters donated a gorgeous quilt to Mooi Hawens which can be won by one lucky person,” she said.

Tickets cost R20 each and raffle forms for the lucky draw will be available at Mooi Hawens in Winklespruit, the South Coast Sun offices in Doonside, Jabulani in Warner Beach and Poinsettia Park in Athlone Park until the draw is done on 10 June. For more information, call Priscilla on 083-789-4811.
