Sea-side fun on offer in Amanzimtoti this Easter weekend

From Friday, 19 April until Sunday, 21 April Amanzimtoti Main Beach will be packed with non-stop music, games and entertainment.

SAPPHIRE Coast Tourism is ready and set to entertain all visitors to the area this long Easter weekend.

From Friday, 19 April until Sunday, 21 April Amanzimtoti Main Beach will be packed with non-stop music, games and entertainment.

“DJ Fluffy will entertain Amanzimtoti Main Beach goers with music and fun beach games to be enjoyed by young and old, family entertainment being the main focus. Dolphin Bowl will join the fun on Good Friday with the popular mobile tenpin lane. Burger and pizza eating competitions are on the cards, so make sure to make an appearance on the main beach,” said SCT chairwoman, Romy Wenzel.

“Aliwal Shoal Scuba will demonstrate diving basics on Saturday, with a fun Easter hunt awaiting locals and holiday makers. Prizes, vouchers and giveaways will be up for grabs trough out the holiday campaign.”

Clean Surf Project will join the holiday fun with a treasure hunt, focusing in on plastic marine pollution on Saturday, 20 April.

Sponsors confirmed so far include KFC, Giselle’s Kitchen, Spur Amanzimtoti, Valentino’s, Splash Waterworld, Debonairs Amanzimtoti, Aliwal Shoal Scuba and Gary’s Horses.
