Some laws involve the public and what you can’t do: 

Vegetation

No person may allow any tree or other growth on any premises under his or her control to interfere with any

Hanging of items on fences, walls, balconies or verandas

No person may dry, spread or hang washing, bedding, carpets, rags, or any other item in a public place or: 
  • Over a fence or wall which borders the verge of a public road
  • On premises in such a manner that it is visible from a public road
  • On a balcony or veranda in such a manner that it is visible from a public road.
