Join hands with NPO and help create hope

A non-profit organisation is urgently looking for a venue in Amanzimtoti or the greater Durban area to host a beauty pageant at the end of March. Elza Beacham started the Hands of Hope NPO and amalgamated with Little Favoured Ones in 2010.

“Hands of Hope 4 Little Favoured Ones strives to transform tragedy faced by every baby into triumph by empowering moms in need, baby homes, babies in hospitals and babies behind bars to overcome adversity by donating and distributing baby essentials to give them a better quality of life,” she said.

“Our vision is to form a platform, whereby every baby has a opportunity to have the best baby goods and essentials, through giving them dignity and showing them that they are beautifully created and loved through our donations all over South Africa.

The Le Femme Chic Beauty Pageant has selected Hands of Hope as its recipient charity this year but unfortunately the venue that was booked fell through due to a lack of parking.

“We are looking for a sponsor for the pageant, as well as a suitable venue with plenty of parking,” said Elza. “We will gladly market any company that comes on board as a sponsor. This is the first opportunity we have had to get our name out in Durban.”

Donations can be made via Payfast https://tinyurl.com/gsbxf7g, Snapscan, or ordering from Take-a-lot, Ackermans, Amazon, YoFundme (https://clickndonate.com/hand-of-hope-4-little-favoured-ones-r100-000/) or bank transfer. Bank details: FNB, account number: 62480024034, branch code: 203809.
