Wanted suspect arrested with stolen TV

Amanzimtoti detectives recognised the suspect because there were two warrants of arrest out for him.

A house robber was nabbed by the Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) on Thursday morning, 24 January.

The CCPO said it received information about a TV that was stolen on Tuesday night during a housebreaking at a residence in Kingsway, Warner Beach. While the CCPO and Blue Security officers were en route to recover the TV, a suspect was pointed out on the R603, who had allegedly stolen the TV.

The suspect was held until the TV was recovered. The TV and suspect were handed over to Amanzimtoti detectives, who recognised the suspect because there were two warrants of arrest out for him.
