Eco-education outreach ebbs for 2018

Clean Surf Project (CSP) rounded off the year with its last educational presentation made at Lower Illovo-based Mother of Peace and Indwe Learning Centre on Wednesday, 5 December.

CLEAN Surf Project (CSP) rounded off the year with its last educational presentation made at Lower Illovo-based Mother of Peace and Indwe Learning Centre on Wednesday, 5 December.

The fun, educational morning ended off with a visit from Santa Claus.

CSP’s Candice Harding educates the children of Mother of Peace and Indwe Learning Centre about the importance of ocean conservation.

“CSP had a great time sharing its plight with these amazing children. They were thrilled when Santa Claus paid them a visit,” said Romy Wenzel.

She explained that CSP will be at Amanzimtoti Main Beach on Tuesday, 18 December at 10am. “There will be educational, fun games for young and old, all based on marine pollution awareness, followed by another surprise visit by the man in red,” said Romy.
