Show your sup’paw’t for SPCA’s open day

This will be the last open day of the year and will provide great fun for the young and old alike.

THE Amanzimtoti SPCA invites the community to join in the festivities at the open day on Saturday morning, 1 December at the 1 Nyati Road, Athlone Park grounds.

This will be the last open day of the year and great fun for the young and old alike.

Those attending will have a chance to meet the beautiful cats, dogs, puppies and kittens that are eagerly awaiting their forever home. Mouthwatering smells wafting through the grounds will be from the breakfast rolls, vegan hamburgers and hotdogs as well as cupcakes and other sweet treats that will be on sale.

The shelter welcomes donations of baked goods. Coffee Infusion will be selling coffee and other hot drinks.

Ban Animal Trading (BAT) member Tara Aberdeen will be introducing vegan food and cupcakes for those attending to enjoy, all while raising funds for the shelter’s many rescued animals.

The ever-booming thrift shop will offer a wide variety of treasures and on Saturday only, all clothing be sold at half the price. The open day will run from 8:30am until noon.
