Doonside cook seeks discarded recipe book

After she received the cooking device from a relative abroad, she threw away the packaging, along with the recipe book.

DOONSIDE flat resident, Edna Greene inadvertently discarded a much-needed recipe book that is complementary to a cooking machine she was gifted recently.

After she received the cooking device from a relative abroad, she threw away the packaging, along with the recipe book.

She urges the Amanzimtoti community to return the lost book if it is found. Edna said women who collect cardboard often come by the flat block and collect the throwaways. She suspects the book was discovered by one of them.

If this is the case, or if anyone happens upon the book, she would desperately appreciate its return. The book is dark green in colour with the title ‘Thermomix, The Basic Cook Book’ in green and white bold writing.

Call Edna on 083-609-2050.
