A stolen gas bottle was recovered by the Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) on Thursday, 19 April.
CCPO supervisor Michael Mkhize spotted two men carrying a 19kg gas cylinder on Kingsway. When they saw Mkhize, they ran towards the N2. Amanzimtoti SAPS assisted and they found the gas bottle but unfortunately the men had escaped.
