Rivalries soar as Amanzimtoti schools rugby night series kicks off

Matches take place every Friday until the final on 2 March.

Amanzimtoti High School and Kuswag Skool drew first blood in the schools rugby night series that kicked off at Amanzimtoti Rugby Club on Friday afternoon, 9 February.

Matches take place every Friday until the final on 2 March and Kingsway will be hard-pressed to defend its title after their first round defeat against old foe Amanzimtoti High School.

Friday, 9 February results: (U19) Amanzimtoti High School 8-5 Kingsway, Kuswag 29-0 Pinetown Boys High, (U13) Kuswag 22-5 Warner Beach Prep, Amanzimtoti Primary 60-5 Doon Heights Primary

Friday, 16 February fixtures:
3pm – Kuswag Learskool (U13) vs Amanzimtoti Primary
4pm – Doonheights (U13) vs Warner Beach Prep
5pm – Kuswag (U19) vs Toti
6pm – Kingsway (U19) vs Pinetown Boys High.
