RECIPE: Stay healthy with delicious pasta salad

Looking for something healthy and quick to make? try this easy pasta salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta in water for 22 minutes on medium heat, add olive oil so the pasta doesn’t stick
  2. Drain the water and the oil, and put the pasta in an open bowl, cut the avocado in small pieces
  3. In the pasta add cubed avocado, sliced cucumber, toasted nuts, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese
  4. Add the basil and bacon. Drizzle the lemon juice over
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  6. Toss all together carefully
