Car licensing centres re-open

Operations at Winklespruit are fully back to normal.

The Rossburgh and Winklespruit testing stations in Durban have re-opened after being temporarily closed due to the havoc caused by last week’s storm.

Rossburgh was partially opened on Tuesday morning, 17 October, offering limited services.

The renewal of licenses and the renewal of professional driving permits (PRDPs), including cashier services and card collections, will continue.
