Police search for missing #DurbanStorm victims

Five people who were reported missing on Tuesday have yet to be found.

Police search and rescue team members have been kept busy since yesterday morning’s #DurbanStorm swept through the southern parts of the city.

At least 11 fatalities have been reported in Isipingo, KwaMakhutha, Umlazi and Durban Central.

Durban police received more than 150 calls related to yesterday’s weather and have been working tirelessly with other disaster management services to assist the victims.

Police are still searching for missing victims who were swept away by the floodwaters.
