Celebrate the beauty of Spring at Amanzimtoti Park Run

The park run team hopes to see many new faces at the event, celebrating health and life along the beautiful coastline they live on.

THIS Saturday’s Amanzimtoti Park Run will welcome Spring and its longer, warmer days and park run participants are encouraged to wear flower power-themed attire on Saturday, 2 September.

If you have been wanting to join Amanzimtoti’s Saturday morning park run or find out what it’s all about, there’s no better time than this Saturday.

Organisers have decided that to welcome the season of Spring, all those participating in this Saturday’s event should wear clothing that screams ‘flower power’. The run or walk takes place over a 5km stretch of the Amanzimtoti promenade and beach. The event starts promptly at 8am every Saturday morning from Amanzimtoti main beach.

Organisers operate on a ‘no-barcode, no-run’ policy. Participation comes at no cost, but participants must register to obtain their bar code. To do so, visit www.parkrun.co.za/register/ and print your own barcode or go to www.parkrun.co.za to find out more.

The park run team hopes to see many new faces at the event, celebrating health and life along the beautiful coastline they live on.
